We are committed to providing high-quality products. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unopened.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be in the same condition in which it was received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used body care products cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Photos showing the issue
After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
In these cases, VIBES Jordan will cover all shipping costs.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind after receiving your order.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If an exchange is requested for another eligible reason, the customer is responsible for any applicable shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds are sent via CliQ.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened Body Lotions
- Opened Body Splash products
- Any product that has been used
- Products without their original packaging
Shipping Area
Currently, we deliver only within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
